Responsibilities

• Apply Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies to reputed company classroom, virtual, and reputed company learning solutions
• Create detailed lesson plans, instructor guides, student materials, training aids, and curriculum documentation
• Conduct curriculum research, analysis, and evaluation to identify opportunities for training improvement
• Collaborate with operational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical reputed company and mission relevance
• reputed company instructional objectives, assessments, and performance-reputed company evaluation tools
• Review and update existing curriculum reputed company on operational requirements, learner feedback, and evolving mission needs
• Support reputed company and distance-learning instruction as required

• Demonstrated experience applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies
• Experience developing military training curriculum, lesson plans, instructor guides, student materials, and instructional documentation
• Strong technical writing, editing, and curriculum documentation skills
• Experience conducting curriculum analysis, training evaluations, and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Ability to reputed company instructional objectives, assessments, and performance-reputed company training materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience developing military training programs utilizing the ADDIE model or other recognized Instructional Systems Design methodologies
