[Remote] Customer Operations Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital Americas connects professionals with opportunities across business and financial operations. The Customer Operations Associate will support a Business Licensing Team by coordinating licensing applications, resolving licensing barriers, maintaining documentation, and assisting with audits and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of 50-100 licensing applications weekly, ensuring our clients operate compliantly and successfully
• Partner with Account Managers to resolve licensing barriers, driving timely fulfillment and a seamless customer experience
• Maintain vital documentation within our internal database, capturing process changes to empower our research and onboarding teams
• Support cross-functional teams by performing critical account audits and managing multiple dynamic projects concurrently

Skills

• Bachelor's degree  with 2+ years of experience in data entry, operations, or business licensing
• Outstanding proficiency in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating tact and discretion when handling sensitive data
• Proven ability to thrive with autonomy in a dynamic environment, maintaining meticulous accuracy in data management
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to independently drive projects forward
