[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Explain service procedures and common product features in straightforward language
- Identify requests requiring specialist assistance and escalate them appropriately
- Close resolved cases with a concise record of the action taken
- Organize open cases by urgency within established support procedures
- Respond to incoming customer questions using email, chat, or other approved support channels
- Log customer concerns and update support tickets with accurate notes
- Check existing knowledge articles for accurate, up-to-date answers
Skills
- Comfort navigating web-based support tools and account systems
- Accurate note taking and organization of open requests
- Ability to investigate routine issues systematically
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous customer-facing work is helpful but not required
