[Remote] DATA ANALYST

AaraTech Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Healthcare professional to support healthcare reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing healthcare data, developing reports and dashboards, validating data, writing SQL queries, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze healthcare data
- Support KPI tracking, trend analysis, and recurring performance reports
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Document report logic, metrics, and data definitions
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and business reviews
Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role
- Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and basic analytics
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
