[Remote] Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aflac is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Digital Services division. The role focuses on researching business performance, analyzing operational and program data, developing modeling and reporting tools, and providing actionable insights and recommendations. The analyst will also support special projects, executive presentations, and the deployment of scalable analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs business performance research by gathering, interpreting and comparing operational data for benchmarking and provides insights/recommendations to the organization
• Develops and updates mathematical modeling tools identifying performance metrics
• Assists with special projects requiring commensurate analytical expertise and the development of executive level presentations
• Ensures appropriate measures and reports are defined and implemented to assess organizational performance and/or initiative performance
• Partners with peer group to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of analytics tools that enable efficiency and scale in discovering actionable insights
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to Client program performance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness
• Remains abreast of the latest software to build reports and conduct analysis efficiently, including Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI and other analytic tools

• This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US

• SQL, Python, DatViz Tools are a plus but not required
