[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nexnovels LLC is hiring an experienced Data Analyst for a full-time IT and data analytics opportunity. The role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports, automating analytical processes, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical analysis
- Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Create KPIs and metrics to measure business performance
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and business teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards
- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Only candidates with 4+ years of relevant Data Analyst experience will be considered
