[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RespireUSA is seeking a Data Analyst to turn organized business data into clear findings that support practical decisions. The role focuses on data preparation, recurring reporting, KPI monitoring, trend and exception analysis, data-quality validation, and communicating quantitative findings clearly in a full-time remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Document assumptions, calculation methods, source definitions, and important limitations
- Monitor key performance indicators and investigate material changes, exceptions, or unusual patterns
- Compare results across periods, categories, or other relevant dimensions to identify meaningful trends
- Identify missing values, duplicates, inconsistent definitions, and other data-quality concerns
- Validate figures before distribution and investigate discrepancies instead of passing uncertain results forward
- Support improvements to recurring reporting so outputs remain consistent, efficient, and easy to understand
Skills
- • Curiosity and sound judgment when a result looks inconsistent with expectations or prior information
- • Willingness to document work carefully and ask focused questions when requirements or source data are unclear
- • Understanding of common analytical concepts such as comparisons, distributions, KPIs, and validation
