[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Delphi-US, LLC is a national IT services firm focused on data intelligence, analytics, AI/ML, cloud computing, and health IT. The contract Data Analyst will analyze healthcare data using SQL, develop Power BI dashboards and reports, monitor program activity, and deliver accurate insights and recurring reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Transform, merge, filter, and analyze healthcare datasets using SQL
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI
- Build working expertise in All Payer Claims Database (APCD), Ecosystem, and Medicaid data sources
- Track and report program activity data to support monitoring and program development
- Partner with stakeholders to produce enrollee reporting and other recurring deliverables
- Monitor incoming data submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Skills
- * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Health Policy, Health Economics, Statistics, Medical Informatics, Epidemiology, or similar); equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree requirement
- * Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Access
- * Strong ability to investigate data to identify patterns and trends
- * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- * Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver high-quality reports under short deadlines
- * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- * Detail-oriented with strong verbal, written, leadership, and organizational skills
- * Master's degree in a quantitative field (Health Policy, Health Economics, Statistics, Medical Informatics, Epidemiology, or similar)
- * Proven experience working with healthcare data, including healthcare claims data, Minimum Data Set data, or other complex real-world datasets
- * Knowledge of Medicaid claims data
