Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Data Analyst to support project demand and strategic growth initiatives. The role focuses on developing Power BI dashboards, advancing enterprise analytics, and providing leadership with actionable insights across portfolio, financial, resource, demand, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions
- Perform data validation and troubleshoot data issues
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and develop reporting solutions
- Drive adoption of standardized metrics and governance practices
Skills
- Advanced Power BI development, including data modeling and dashboard development
- Strong SQL and Snowflake experience for data analysis
- Experience in enterprise data warehouses and reporting datasets
