[Remote] Data Analyst – Entry Level /

The company is seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data, create reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking
- Support business teams with ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests
- Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Document data sources, reporting processes, and analytical findings
- Present insights and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- * Basic knowledge of SQL
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis
- * Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- * Understanding of data cleaning and data validation concepts
- * Good communication and documentation skills
- * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- * Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- * 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field

- * Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- * Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- * Understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- * Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts is a plus
- * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
- * Internship experience, academic projects, certifications, or relevant coursework in Data Analytics is preferred
