[Remote] Data Analyst – Junior / Middle

The role involves analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, tracking KPIs, validating data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from different sources
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in business and product data
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights
- Support data-driven decision-making across the business
- Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Maintain clear documentation of reports, metrics, and analytical processes
Skills
- • 1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field
- • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- • Basic knowledge of SQL
- • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Good attention to detail
- • Ability to communicate findings clearly
- • Good English communication skills
- • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- • Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases
- • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- • Experience defining and tracking KPIs
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Good English communication skills
- • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- • Experience with cloud data platforms
- • Familiarity with product, marketing, or customer analytics
- • Experience working with SaaS or technology companies
- • Knowledge of A/B testing and basic statistical concepts
