KellyMitchell Group is a leading Life Sciences provider seeking a Data Analyst (Salesforce) to support their Data Strategy & Solutions organization. The role involves providing operational and analytical support for Salesforce, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and analytical support for a global Salesforce environment while helping document, map, and validate data flows across multiple commercial systems
- Combine Salesforce knowledge, solid SQL skills, and strong attention to detail to help ensure data quality, consistency, and accurate system integrations across the organization
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders supporting Commercial operations
- Play a key role in maintaining continuity as the team navigates organizational and platform changes
Skills
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) data and business processes
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing data
- Data mapping
- Data flow documentation
- Business process documentation
- Data validation and analysis
- Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, or Customer-facing business functions
- Exposure to enterprise Salesforce environments
- Experience working alongside business users and translating requirements into technical documentation
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and business processes quickly
