[Remote] Data Engineer

Sales Search Partners is recruiting a Senior Data Engineer for a client seeking to build a modern, cloud-based data platform that supports business intelligence, analytics, and AI initiatives. The role focuses on architecting scalable data solutions, optimizing ELT pipelines, designing data models and cloud data warehouse architecture, and collaborating with global engineering teams across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and dbt.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions across AWS and Azure
- Develop and optimize ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, and Python
- Design and maintain data models, schemas, and cloud-based data warehouse architecture
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Manage schema evolution and data integration from source systems into Snowflake
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and SQL
- Experience building and supporting enterprise data warehouses and cloud-native data platforms
- Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning
- Experience with Apache Airflow and modern ELT architectures
- Multi-cloud architecture (AWS & Azure)
- AI-powered automation or modern data platform initiatives
- Experience in Healthcare or SaaS highly preferred
