The role focuses on establishing business metric frameworks, analyzing business processes, translating business needs into data requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions, product development, and operational optimization.
Responsibilities
- Establish a robust business metric framework tied to the overarching goals of the business team
- Analyze business processes to identify challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic business decisions, product development, and operational optimization
- Formalize analytical frameworks, translate business needs into concrete data requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to drive business impact and commercial value
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience with SQL
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communication and teamwork skills
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science and engineering fields
