[Remote] Data Engineering Lead

Confidential is seeking a Data Engineering Lead to design and develop scalable data pipelines and enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. The role is responsible for CI/CD implementation, GitHub repository management, Agile collaboration, data quality and governance, and leading technical initiatives while mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines
• Build and manage enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and release management
• Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code reviews using GitHub
• Work within Agile methodologies using Jira
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers
