[Remote] Data Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KPG99 INC is seeking a Data Program Manager to lead data-focused project delivery and Agile execution. The role is responsible for managing project outcomes, supporting data strategy and governance initiatives, overseeing reporting and analytics solutions, coordinating vendors, and guiding data integration and transformation efforts in a flexible Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- 70% Project Management / 30% Scrum Master responsibilities, with:
- Proven ownership of delivery, execution, and project outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proactive problem-solving abilities
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments
- Creating, supporting, or managing reporting and analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and business reporting requirements
- Experience supporting or leading data strategy, data governance, and/or data transformation initiatives
- Consolidate and integrate data from multiple platforms and sources
- Establish foundational data frameworks, standards, and processes
- Develop enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Strong vendor management experience, including coordination, performance management, and delivery oversight
- Experience working within a Scrum-Ban / flexible Agile methodology , with the ability to adapt Agile practices to project and team needs
Skills
- Strong technical application development background ; candidates should come from an application/software development environment rather than an infrastructure-focused background

- Medicare experience is required
- Cloud experience is required
- Candidates with experience in other major cloud platforms may also be considered
- AWS experience
