Remote Dental Staffing Sales Representative – Commission Only Remote – U.S. | Flexible Schedule | Uncapped Earning Potential About Desort Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm helping dental practices nationwide hire qualified professionals. We are looking for a motivated sales hunter who can generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. Important: This is a 100% commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed compensation. Earnings depend entirely on the business you generate.
What You'll Do
- Make consistent, high-volume outbound calls to dental practices.
- Contact practice owners, office managers, and hiring decision-makers.
- Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort's recruitment services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in cold calling, B2B sales, business development, or staffing sales.
- Comfortable making calls, handling rejection, and following up persistently.
- Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- Willing to work entirely on commission with no guaranteed income.
Recruitment sales experience is preferred. Dental industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Compensation & Benefits
