[Remote] Development CRM Manager

Bronson Healthcare is a compassionate and resilient organization seeking a Development CRM Manager to oversee significant annual donor funds. This role involves managing funding requests, supervising support staff, and executing fundraising strategies to ensure effective use of donor contributions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with healthcare system departments to coordinate and allocate appropriate use of donor funds to be utilized effectively and efficiently within the hospital which ensures donor and hospital satisfaction
- Manage funding requests from intake to distribution to evaluation
- Management of support team members
- Oversee and delegate stewardship tactics
- Manage tactics and execution of annual fundraising appeals
- Manage various fundraising strategies and implementation

- Knowledge of fundraising/development concepts and appropriate solicitation techniques
- Education and experience equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree but not required, and 5-7 years related experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience with staff supervision preferred
- Familiarity with electronic donor record keeping and integration systems, working knowledge of Blackbaud's Raiser Edge Software preferred
