[Remote] DevOps Build & Release Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. E-IT is seeking a DevOps Build & Release Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD, build engineering, release management, and DevOps automation. The role focuses on designing and maintaining pipelines, supporting build and packaging processes, managing artifacts, and driving release engineering and DevOps best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Jenkinsfiles, Declarative Pipelines, and Shared Libraries
- Manage source code workflows using Git and Gerrit, including code reviews, rebasing, squashing, and change lifecycle management
- Develop and support build engineering processes, reusable build frameworks, and automation solutions
- Build and maintain containerized build environments using Docker
- Support .NET application build, test, publish, and package management activities
- Manage desktop application packaging and release processes using Electron and Rust/Tauri
- Administer artifact management, promotion, and versioning through JFrog Artifactory
- Support release engineering activities including code signing, certificate management, and deployment automation
- Drive DevOps best practices, release governance, and troubleshooting initiatives
