[Remote] DevOps Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Soho Square Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and support cloud-based environments. The role focuses on scalable AWS and Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration to improve reliability and deployment efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable automated application deployments
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security while proactively troubleshooting production issues
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience supporting AWS and Google Cloud environments
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform and/or CloudFormation
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages
