[Remote] DevOps Engineer

The Azure DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation while supporting secure, reliable application releases in healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Manage and automate Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep
- Deploy and manage applications across Azure environments
- Work with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized applications
- Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Azure Functions, VNets, and Azure Monitor
- Implement automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting languages
- Configure and manage Git repositories, branching strategies, and source control
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
- Ensure security, compliance, and access management using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and Key Vault
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams to support application releases
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues
- Improve deployment processes through automation and DevOps best practices
Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Azure Pipelines and CI/CD
- Strong knowledge of Git and source control
- Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes , preferably AKS
- Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI
- Knowledge of Azure networking, security, RBAC, and identity management
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Good understanding of DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD practices
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, or AZ-305
- Experience with Helm, Argo CD, or GitHub Actions
- Experience with security and DevSecOps practices
- Knowledge of Python or other programming/scripting languages
- Experience supporting production environments and on-call operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
