Radiant Insurance is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support build and deployment automation and environment reliability for its technology team. The role collaborates with software engineering and operations teams to streamline releases, maintain stable and scalable environments, automate operational tasks, and troubleshoot issues across environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve and automate build, release, and deployment workflows
- Enhance environment reliability, observability, and incident response processes
- Automate routine operational tasks and maintain clear documentation
- Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments
Skills
- Hands-on experience in a DevOps or site reliability role
- Proficiency with scripting/automation and modern software delivery practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
