[Remote] DevOps Engineer - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. YO HR Consultancy is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a customer project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure and next-generation AI systems. The role involves designing production-style DevOps tasks, creating reference solutions, reviewing AI-generated outputs, maintaining quality and reproducibility, and providing structured feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)
- Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps
- Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning
- Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility
- Share structured feedback that improves future task design
Skills
- • 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering
- • Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript (this role needs real code, not scripts alone)
- • Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- • Advanced Linux and Git
- • Professional English, written and spoken
- • Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- • Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)
- • Security, secrets management, or platform reliability background
- • Open source contributions or technical writing
- • Previous AI training data or model evaluation work
