[Remote] Digital Analytics Implementation Manager

Remote Full-time Now Hiring

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Digital Analytics Implementation Manager to ensure trustworthy analytics instrumentation across web and mobile applications. The role audits, validates, and remediates GA4, Google Tag Manager, and AppsFlyer implementations, supports migration work, reconciles data, and communicates tracking health to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • QA GA4 and Google Tag Manager on web: confirm events and conversions fire correctly, once, with the correct parameters and values; validate the dataLayer and tag configuration
  • Validate mobile app instrumentation in AppsFlyer: iOS and Android SDK integration, install and in-app event attribution, deep linking, and server-to-server postbacks
  • Support and QA a Branch → AppsFlyer migration: verifying campaign and channel mappings, attribution continuity, and that no events or historical signal are lost in the transition
  • Design and run a systematic, repeatable QA process against each app: expected-versus-actual event payloads, no missing or duplicate events, and correct parameters such as order value, currency, product, and user ID
  • Reconcile data across GA4 and AppsFlyer: so that key metrics reconcile; root-cause and resolve any discrepancies
  • Verify user-identity consistency: so the same user is not counted multiple times across sessions, devices, or logged-in and logged-out states
  • Produce a clear tracking-health readout: what was broken, what was fixed, and confirmation that the data is now reliable
  • Collaborate directly with client-side engineers: able to work at SDK and tag level, while translating findings into plain business language for non-technical stakeholders

Skills

  • Strong GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation and debugging experience; comfortable with the dataLayer and event schema design
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and QA-ing AppsFlyer in production, ideally including at least one migration (from Branch or a comparable mobile measurement partner)
  • Fluency with measurement QA tooling such as the AppsFlyer debug/test console, GA4 DebugView, and network-inspection tools such as Charles Proxy, to inspect live event calls
  • Solid grasp of mobile attribution concepts: install attribution, deep linking, postbacks, iOS/ATT constraints, and the common failure modes of each
  • Proven ability to design and execute a repeatable QA methodology rather than ad-hoc spot checks
  • Comfortable collaborating with app developers and reading enough of an SDK integration to diagnose issues independently
  • Server-side GTM implementation experience
  • Familiarity with a reporting or BI layer (BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar) to surface validated data as business-readable metrics
  • Exposure to privacy- and consent-aware measurement (cookieless tracking, consent mode, GDPR-restricted environments)
  • Experience working across a portfolio of apps or brands rather than a single product
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 4-6 years of overall experience in digital analytics or measurement implementation, including demonstrable hands-on delivery with AppsFlyer and GA4/GTM in production environments
  • A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Google Analytics / GA4, AppsFlyer, or Tealium/GTM) are an advantage
