[Remote] Director, Accounting Success

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Auxilius is a B2B SaaS company helping biotechs manage financial operations and clinical trial costs. The Director, Accounting Success will support strategic customers through product assistance, training, onboarding, and consultative accounting solutions while driving adoption, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, product assistance, training, and consultative solutions to our customer’s close management, financial planning and analysis, and accounting operational goals
• Drive Customer Success Outcomes: Drive increased engagement and customer satisfaction for new and existing customers
• Oversee timely and successful customer onboarding, enablement, and training in collaboration with Business Analysts and Sales Team to help customers realize the business value of our offerings
• To become a customer advocate and liaison between customers and Product and Engineering to ensure customer needs are reflected and/or sufficiently prioritized on product roadmaps
• Manage new and ongoing customer training to increase the adoption of new products and features
• “Roll up your sleeves” and own execution of internal and external projects while maintaining high levels of service
• Be a problem solver who thinks outside of the box when faced with high-severity client requests or escalations
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities to drive scalability and refine our internal playbooks

Skills

• • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
• • 6+ years of relevant work experience, start–up experience is a plus
• • CPA and/or public accounting experience required
• • Significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve problems
• • Interest or experience working with Life Sciences customers
• • Experience working directly with clients/customers
• • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while being detail-oriented
• • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and strong experience with data and analytics tools
• • A sense of humor!
