About the Role

We are a national fundraising technology company used by nonprofits to raise money with incurring credit card or transaction fees. We offer tools for online giving, donor management and recurring donation, making it easy for organization to run campaigns and maximize every dollar raised. We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Donation Platform Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of engaging potential nonprofit clients, presenting our cutting-edge donation platforms, and driving growth that ultimately helps top organizations carry out their missions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls to prospective and existing nonprofit clients to present donation platform capabilities and close new business.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients adopting the platform, guiding them through feature setups and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with nonprofit directors and decision-makers across the US.
• Deliver compelling virtual platform walkthroughs tailored to the specific fundraising goals of each client.
• Track client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using our internal system/CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience working with nonprofits or SaaS/donation platforms is a huge plus).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a comfortable, professional phone and video presence.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital platforms, CRM software, and web conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

• Base Contract Rate: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
• Performance Incentives: Additional commission/incentives
