[Remote] Dynamics 365 FO Developer

Conspicuous is recruiting for a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner/end-user organization seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer. The role focuses on developing and customizing F&O solutions using X++, building integrations and reports, collaborating with functional consultants, and supporting testing, upgrades, migrations, and performance initiatives in a fully remote United States-based team.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and customizing solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++
- Building and extending integrations, workflows, and reports across F&O modules
- Working closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Performing code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality
- Supporting upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning initiatives
- Contributing to technical design documentation and best-practice standards
Skills
- 2-5 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012+) development experience
- Strong X++ development skills, including extensions, forms, workflows, and batch jobs
- Experience with the Business Process Modeler, LCS, and Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of F&O architecture and the extension/customization model
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a fully remote team
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Familiarity with the Power Platform, SSRS reporting, or data entities is a plus
