[Remote] EDD Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meow provides startups with business accounts, corporate cards, and financial reporting infrastructure for complex and global businesses. The Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst will own high-complexity EDD reviews, conduct regulatory and ownership analysis, perform targeted outreach and document validation, and produce clear, defensible EDD reports across concurrent cases.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases
• Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront
• Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)
• Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps
• Validate against primary source docs
• Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)

Skills

• Strong EDD + BSA/AML knowledge
• Experience with complex/multi-jurisdiction structures
• Excellent analytical writing
• Ability to manage high-volume, concurrent cases
