[Remote] Education Program Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stride, Inc., through its K12 partner schools, provides personalized online education experiences for students. The Education Program Coordinator oversees students’ progress toward Industry Recognized Credentials, provides graduation pathway counseling, and helps align academic plans with long-term career goals.
Responsibilities
- Industry Recognized Credentials (IRCs): Monitor and oversee students' progress towards obtaining Industry Recognized Credentials, ensuring they are on track to meet program requirements
- Graduation Pathway Counseling: Provide comprehensive graduation pathway counseling to students, assisting them in charting their academic journey and aligning it with their future career goals
- Future Goal Alignment: Collaborate with students to align their chosen graduation pathways with their long-term career aspirations, offering guidance and support to help them succeed
- Additional responsibilities and tasks pertaining to enhancing and maintaining engagement, promoting academic progress, and facilitating successful graduation
Skills
- Must reside in Ohio
- Must hold a valid Ohio license, such as an Ohio Teaching License, Pupil Services License, or School Counseling License. The school may accept other Ohio educator credentials that meet state regulations and are suitable for work in student academic support roles
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 or more years in education experience
- This is a home-based position
- Previous experience in education program coordination or counseling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Industry Recognized Credentials and graduation pathway options
