Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi, in partnership with a SaaS client, is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers. The role is 70% hands-on development and 30% leadership, involving TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS, and AI/LLM technologies while overseeing sprint execution and engineer development.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and own sprint execution
Coach, mentor, and develop engineers for team performance
Maintain familiarity with the team's architecture and code
Integrate or build with Large Language Models (LLMs)

Skills

10+ years of software development experience within a full stack TypeScript environment
1+ years working with AI/LLM technologies
Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows
Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS
