[Remote] Engineering Manager (TypeScript / Node / AWS) - 100% Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi, in partnership with a SaaS client, is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a small team within a TypeScript and AI-forward environment. The role focuses on software development, Agile delivery, engineering mentorship, architecture and code ownership, and integration or development with Large Language Models.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and own sprint execution
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers for team performance
- Maintain familiarity with the team's architecture and code
- Integrate or build with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience within a full stack TypeScript environment
- 1+ years working with AI/LLM technologies
- Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS
