[Remote] Epic Application Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PATTERNS LLC is seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst to support Epic clinical applications. The role is responsible for application design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, Tier-2 support, documentation, and collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- System Development & Maintenance: Design, build, test, validate, and support assigned Epic applications
- Workflow Optimization: Participate in future-state workflow development and system build, consistently identifying opportunities for application optimization and enhancement
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate complex application issues and develop effective, sustainable solutions
- End-User Support: Provide Tier-2 application support and maintain an in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and application functionality
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, third-party vendors, project teams, healthcare professionals, and leadership to support clinical and operational goals
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain highly accurate application documentation and strictly adhere to established change-management processes
- On-Site Support: Travel as required to support Epic training and Go-Live activities
Skills
- • Certification: Active Epic Cupid Certification is strictly required
- • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience, with direct experience in Epic Implementation and/or Epic Connect
- • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex application issues
- • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage strict deadlines and balance multiple competing priorities
- • Active Epic Radiant Certification
