[Remote] Epic HIM Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CTG is seeking a skilled Epic HIM Analyst to support health information management and interoperability workflows. The role focuses on providing developer-level support, troubleshooting Epic HIM and Care Everywhere issues, and implementing application enhancements while collaborating with the analyst team and manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support
- Apply deep understanding of HIM and interoperability workflows to optimize system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the HIM and Care Everywhere modules
- Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience
- Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals
- Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables
Skills
- • Epic HIM Certification (required)
- • Experience with Care Everywhere workflows and interoperability support
- • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required
