Responsibilities
- Program Manager for Epic digital scheduling
- Epic Cadence & MyChart build validation
- Project Manage Online Scheduling
- Identify potential roadblocks to project milestones & goals
- Organize project timelines, resources, & document progress
- Facilitate meetings for Epic Cadence & MyChart analysts
- Partner with operational stakeholders & leadership
- Portfolio: FastPass, Open & Direct Scheduling, Decision Trees
Skills
- REQUIRED Epic Cadence or MyChart Certification
- REQUIRED align with PST hours
- 5+ years Epic experience (full cycle implementation)
- 2+ years Epic project management or team lead
