[Remote] EPIC Willow Systems Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Systems Application Analyst III – EPIC Willow. The role supports healthcare application functionality, requires strong EPIC Willow build and pharmacy experience, and involves workflow analysis, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and potential project or application leadership.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in application support, preferably in the Healthcare field
• Strong EPIC build experience
• Strong pharmacist background/experience in a pharmacy setting
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving
• The capability to understand application functionality and how it relates to departments, while making recommendations for integration into operational flow
• Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner
• Ability to mentor team members to set priorities and utilize problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration
• Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments, including leading the change
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Information Technology, Business, or other related field AND relevant EPIC Willow Certification required
• 2+ years of Project Management experience and/or application lead experience
