[Remote] FedRAMP Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a FedRAMP Program Manager for a leading technology organization. The role oversees cross-functional security and operational initiatives supporting FedRAMP Moderate compliance, coordinating engineering, security, compliance, operations, and client stakeholders in regulated cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs supporting the security stack and operational controls required for FedRAMP Moderate environments
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across engineering, security, compliance, and operations teams
- Drive compliance readiness efforts and support continuous monitoring activities aligned with FedRAMP Moderate requirements
- Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure secure application deployment and operational excellence within regulated cloud environments
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to strengthen security, compliance, and service delivery outcomes
Skills
- 5+ years of project and/or program management experience within technology organizations
- Prior hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud operations, infrastructure operations, or a related technical discipline
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP Moderate frameworks, security controls, compliance requirements, and operational governance
- Experience managing complex technical programs involving cloud platforms, security tooling, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills
