[Remote] Finance Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Noble Pursuit, LLC is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across its franchise restaurant portfolio. The role partners with ownership and operations leadership on financial recommendations, investment and real estate decisions, and the growth of the multi-state franchise organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans for the company and each restaurant
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze franchise performance, identify trends and risks, and recommend ways to improve profitability and control costs
• Maintain accurate accounting records and strong internal financial controls
• Support tax preparation and audit activities with external accountants and tax professionals
• Partner with operations and leadership on investment decisions and real estate development projects
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for new acquisitions and expansions, including projections and ROI
• Identify and implement improvements to internal financial processes and reporting
• Present financial insights clearly to ownership and non-finance team members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management experience
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial software or ERP systems
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis for acquisitions and new projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor for approximately 40–45 hours per week
• Experience in multi-unit operations, franchising, or foodservice
• Familiarity with real estate or development-related finance
• Based in Florida, or able to work Florida-friendly hours
• CPA or CMA a plus
