[Remote] Financial Representative

Strategem Financial Associates, powered by World Financial Group, develops licensed financial professionals and expands access to financial education and services. The Financial Representative meets with individuals and families to assess financial needs, explain financial products, and develop strategies for protection, savings, and long-term planning while providing education, client follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with individuals and families to assess their financial needs, explain available financial products, and develop tailored strategies for protection, savings, and long-term planning
• Provide financial education, conduct client follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and recommendations
• Prospecting and networking, preparing and delivering presentations, collaborating with the broader Strategem Financial team, and staying current on industry trends, regulations, and product updates
• Participating in ongoing training and leadership development programs to support professional growth and effectiveness

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret client information, evaluate financial options, and recommend appropriate solutions and strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
