[Remote] Financial Services Client Representative

The Financial Services Client Representative works remotely with prospective clients, conducts needs reviews, explains insurance options, and provides guidance through virtual appointments. The role also involves client follow-up, relationship building, training, coaching, and team participation.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm leads supplied by the company
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Complete client-focused needs reviews
• Explain insurance options in a clear and professional manner
• Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and team meetings

• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
