[Remote] Founding Account Executive, Healthcare
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Autoworklet is hiring its first healthcare account executives to own healthcare revenue end to end. The role involves building pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, selling workflow automation to healthcare executives, closing new customers, and expanding accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build your own pipeline: your rolodex first, then conferences, outbound, and referrals
- Run every deal from first call to signed contract, and keep the forecast honest
- Sell outcomes to executives: days cut from credentialing and prior auth, revenue recovered in billing, hours removed from admin, one report instead of five systems
- Close 2–3 customers in the first 90 days, then turn that into a repeatable quarter
- Expand accounts once the first workflow is live, and feed what you hear back to product
Skills
- 4–8+ years selling B2B into healthcare organizations, with a rolodex you can activate in your first week
- A track record of hitting targets
- Experience selling to executive leadership (CEO, CFO, COO), not only department heads
- Comfortable self-sourcing and running a full cycle without an SDR or a sales engineer
- Selling into PE-backed groups is a plus
- Experience with credentialing, revenue cycle, prior authorization, or healthcare operations software
