[Remote] Founding Software Engineer

Aspen AI develops autonomous AI technology for digital advertising and client communications, helping businesses acquire, convert, and manage customers. The Founding Software Engineer will help architect, design, and develop product features, solve complex problems, and adopt modern technologies to improve team efficiency and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the architecture, design, and development of new and existing features to ensure our solutions meet the highest quality
- Solve complex problems with creativity and precision to consistently deliver value to our customers
- Experiment with and adopt cutting-edge technologies, tools, and processes to optimize your own and the team’s efficiency. Demonstrate a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.7
- 1+ years of industry experience building software
- Proficiency with C#, Python, React, SQL, and a web framework—preferably .NET 8 / .NET Core
- Strong programming experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for excellence and excitement about future technologies
- Experience with TypeScript
