[Remote] Full Stack Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development and evolution of the Vantage ecosystem. The role provides technical leadership for a distributed engineering team, overseeing full-stack architecture, API design, project delivery, quality assurance, deployments, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Technical Ownership: Accountable for technical decisions, clearing blockers, and maintaining the overall quality, stability, and scalability of the Vantage suite
- Project Delivery: Ensures project milestones and SOW deliverables are completed on time, following Google development guidelines
- Engineering Excellence: Drives the adoption of best practices, including writing clean, modular, self-sustaining code and ensuring high test coverage
- Full-Stack Development & Architecture: Lead web development using Angular/TypeScript and backend development using Java, utilizing internal Google libraries and frameworks
- Framework & API Design: Design, develop, and enhance APIs to extend existing capabilities; provide support for internal service frameworks such as BOQ and POD
- Project Partnership: Work closely with Google to create detailed technical design docs, and provide accurate assessments of task sizes and timelines
- Quality Assurance: Triage bugs, assist in TDD creation, and perform software analysis to resolve backlog items and improve code quality
- Operational Support: Oversee the creation of training materials and support customer onboarding to ensure smooth solution adoption
