[Remote] Full Stack Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a top client in a fully remote role supporting public safety and security applications. The position focuses on developing and maintaining frontend and backend features, architecting scalable solutions, ensuring code quality, collaborating with QA, and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across frontend (React) and backend (Java) services
- Architect scalable solutions and contribute to technical design decisions
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage and quality standards
- Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
Skills
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in React (frontend) and Java (backend)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design
