[Remote] Full Stack Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SayVo AI builds AI employees that call, text, and email leads, book appointments, and update client CRMs. The Full Stack Developer will be the first developer, building and deploying the product and AI agents, integrating CRMs and telephony systems, supporting client onboarding, and helping drive the startup forward.
Responsibilities
- Build the product: Write full-stack code, real features, shipped and improved fast, along with custom apps from scratch
- Build and deploy the AI agents: live calls, lead qualifying, and booked meetings that land straight in the client CRM
- Wire it all together: connect agents to CRMs like GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and Bonzo using n8n, webhooks, and APIs, plus the telephony and compliance layer (Twilio, A2P/10DLC)
- Write the prompts and scripts that make the AI sound like a sharp human rep, not a bot
- Debug the messy stuff: malformed JSON, broken webhooks, failed field mappings, the reasons a lead does not get called
- Keep it solid: review what the AI generates, test what matters, and make sure nothing ships that quietly corrupts a client's data
- Onboard new clients: get them live, pull what you need from them, and explain technical things in plain English
- Wear the other hats a small startup needs: a bit of marketing, a bit of customer support, whatever moves us forward that week
Skills
- You are a builder with receipts. You have taken full-stack applications from empty folder to deployed and used: personal projects with real users, tools you shipped because you could not leave the idea alone, systems that ran in production and broke and got fixed by you
- You code with AI every day, and you own every line it writes
- You do not wait to be told what to do next. You want to go all in on one company, learn fast, and grow as we grow
- You want to go all in on one company, ready to work hard, and put in hours even when nobody's watching
- You can build. You have shipped real full-stack applications from scratch, and you can walk through every decision in them
- You verify before you trust: you read the code AI gives you, you test the edge case, you check that the package actually exists before you install it
- You think about security by reflex: secrets in env files, inputs validated, and you know what happens to a $450,000 loan amount when someone parses it wrong
- You figure things out on your own: read the doc, trace why something broke, and fix it without hand holding
- You are obsessive about detail. You double-check the field mapping because you know exactly what breaks if you do not
- You get how people think, and you can make an AI conversation feel natural and persuasive
- You can hop on a client call and explain something clearly and with confidence
- You want to get great fast, and you are coachable. Feedback makes you sharper, not defensive
- You are in the US or Canada, can work overlapping hours, and you show up when a launch needs you
- You have never touched Twilio, CRMs, or voice AI before. If you have genuinely built and shipped, we will teach you the rest. We care more about what you have made than where you went to school or how many years you have worked
- You are juggling other clients, another job, or a side business. This is full-time and all in
- You ship what the AI gives you without reading it. Here, if it is in the codebase, you own it
- You need step-by-step instructions to make progress
- "Close enough" feels fine to you
- You have built AI voice agents before (Vapi, Retell, Bland, or similar)
- You have something live right now: an app with users, a tool people pay for, a system running in production
- You have done real sales, or you know the mortgage and lending world (our clients)
- You have written prompts for conversational or sales AI
- You have started your own business, side hustle, or project with real users
- You are comfortable wearing marketing and support hats where roles stay fluid
Benefits
- Full-time, remote work in the US or Canada
- Real ownership of a product from day one, not tickets in someone else's backlog
- A direct line to the founder and the reps that come with it
- A front-row view of how an AI company is actually built, from the product to the clients to the growth
- Equity on the table and a clear path to leading the team as we grow
