[Remote] Full Stack Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accenture Federal Services helps the U.S. federal government strengthen national security, public safety, civilian services, and military health through technology and ingenuity. The Full Stack Developer will design and build cloud-native web application and enterprise platform features, develop scalable services and APIs, enhance user experiences, and improve system reliability, performance, and cloud modernization using AI-augmented development practices.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will have an outsized impact as an engineer to design and build new product features for custom, cloud-native web application or enhance existing features
• You will proactively identify opportunities to improve the reliability, scalability, optimization, and cloud modernization
• You will design scalable services, engaging UI, and build robust APIs in Java or similar language and demonstrate knowledge of complex, distributed systems, and AWS cloud programming
• Contribute to best practices in development and automated testing framework
• Work in a client facing, fast-paced and cross-functional environment
• You will be responsible for developing the end-to-end web application features and enterprise platform features of search system, from user experience to backend code
• Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services and user experience they provide
• Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset
• Ability to comfortably drive the development of product features with delivery team, drive build features from ideation to production deployment, ensure security and high performance of systems
• Experience leading a small team providing direction, oversight, and support to ensure high‑quality delivery
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs

Skills

• * Must have experience in Java and TypeScript with both front-end (Angular, React) and backend technologies (Node.js)
• * Ability to comfortably drive the development of product features with delivery team, drive build features from ideation to production deployment, ensure security and high performance of systems
• * Experience leading a small team providing direction, oversight, and support to ensure high‑quality delivery
• * Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs
• * US Citizenship required
• Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
• * Experience working with artificial intelligence tools preferred including frontier models from Claude, OpenAI, Google and code assistants to develop, test and integrate enterprise solutions
• * OKTA, JavaScript, CI/CD, GitLab, AWS ECS/Fargate and agile software development
• * AWS certification
