[Remote] Full Stack Developer (remote Germany)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Refine Studio is a digital product team focused on improving employee experience through incentives, recognition, e-learning, and gamification. The Full Stack Developer will contribute to backend and frontend development, work with modern web technologies, and autonomously plan work, advance objectives, and bring forward ideas.

Skills

• You are excited about the domain ofemployee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification
• You are passionate about backend and frontend development and closely related areas like user experience and design
• You are constantly expanding your horizon - learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies
• You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript, react, Next.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL(similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for)
