[Remote] Full Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Yara is building a modern platform for finding work through work-focused profiles, smart matching, and human review. The Full Stack Engineer will build end-to-end products across frontend, backend, data, and deployment for AI-native startups, contributing to production applications that may include LLM-powered features.
Responsibilities
- Build real products end to end: frontend, backend, data, and deploys, at AI-native startups that ship weekly
- You build across the whole stack and like it that way. Frontend craft one day, API and database design the next
- You ship. Side projects, startup features, or production systems at scale. What matters is that real people used what you built
- You're AI-native in how you build. Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex are already part of your workflow
- Apply and submit your portfolio or relevant work
- We make your Yara and review your background against roles across our network
- If we see a fit, we schedule a call to learn about your work, what you're looking for, and where you'd actually thrive
- We put you forward for the right roles and stay with you through the process
- If we don't move forward together, you can still use your Yara to list your work, browse millions of roles, manage your job search, and stay in our network for when something new comes up
Skills
- • You build across the whole stack and like it that way. Frontend craft one day, API and database design the next
- • You ship. Side projects, startup features, or production systems at scale. What matters is that real people used what you built
- • You're AI-native in how you build. Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex are already part of your workflow
- • 3+ years building production web applications, or less with exceptional shipped work
- • TypeScript and React, plus a backend language like Node.js, Python, or Go
- • Databases, APIs, and cloud deploys you set up yourself
- • A GitHub, portfolio, or live product link that shows your work
- • An LLM-powered feature you shipped is a strong plus
