[Remote] Full Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SmartChoice International Limited is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer to support a client engagement. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leading technical discussions, and designing and delivering web applications using React and Node.js. The engineer will also support integrations and provide technical leadership while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and architecture
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js
- Work independently to drive projects from concept through delivery
- Ensure high-quality code, performance, and maintainability of solutions
- Support integration activities, including API development, JSON transformations, and data handling
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js
- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including Fetch APIs, JSON, and JSON transformations
- Experience working with AWS services and cloud-based environments
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and lead solution discussions
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently and provide technical leadership
- Experience with Python development
