[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and platforms, implementing front-end interfaces, building back-end services and APIs, and ensuring responsive, accessible user experiences. The role also includes troubleshooting, performance optimization, code reviews, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and content teams to translate requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable code

- Participating in code reviews and documentation to support ongoing improvements and long-term platform stability
Skills
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development to design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces
- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development to implement APIs, manage data flows, and ensure security and performance
- Experience with modern web frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, or similar) is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams are essential
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices is preferred
- Prior experience supporting government, education, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
