[Remote] Full Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Full Stack Engineer will develop resilient cloud-based applications using Java, Spring, microservices, databases, messaging technologies, REST APIs, and CI/CD tools while applying software testing and SRE practices.
Responsibilities
- Working with public cloud and cloud based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred
- Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc
- Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture
- Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud based software applications
- Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture
- Passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement via collaboration and willingness to learn
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions
Skills
- Solid experience with java spring based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot
- Working with public cloud and cloud based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred
- Hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus
- Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc
- Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture
- Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins
- Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
- Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud based software applications
- Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture
- Passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement via collaboration and willingness to learn
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions
